Pre-employment worksite visits
CSI staff is available to visit your worksites for firsthand knowledge about your operation
Locate and process named workers
The employer can provide CSI names and contact information for workers that are able, willing, and qualified for the job and CSI will inform them of the job requirements and complete their visa application.
Identify qualified workers
Provide CSI the requirements listed in your H-2 contract and we will locate able, willing, and qualified candidates. CSI has twelve agent offices across the republic, giving us an advantage in finding skilled candidates.
Guided Employer recruitment visits
CSI promotes transparency in all it does, and welcomes any employer to be part of the recruitment process. Contact us for a quote.
Worker Informational Meetings
CSI agents hold meetings for workers to inform them of the job opportunities, disclose work contracts provided by employers, and provide information on the visa application and consulate proccess. These meetings educate your workers about their rights and responsibilities under guest worker programs, your expectations, and the visa process as a whole.
Visa Appointment Scheduling
Once the H2 Visa Petition is approved, CSI can assist in making appointments at any of these consulate locations: Tijuana, Hermosillo, Matamoros, Nuevo Laredo, and Monterrey.
US Consulate Representation
The visa application process is 2 to 3 days long, depending on the consulate. When you process your workers through CSI, a representative will assist your workers each process day until the workers are on transport, and on their way to the worksite.
Transportation arrangements
CSI deals with workers nationwide, and can assist them in setting up transportation to get them to their consulate appointment, and to your worksite.
